All Information Needed For 345 Academy Of Keetsville Manor
On or before the first day of enrollment:
➢ Allow time to visit with your child’s teacher.
➢ Confirm telephone contact information for parent or guardian is correct.
➢ Allow time to revisit with office to complete any final forms, make tuition payment, etc. After enrollment:
➢ Once enrolled, a weekly progress report will be sent home for the first four weeks of enrollment
➢ After the first 4 weeks of enrollment, the director will revisit with the parents for feedback on child’s transition to our facility.
At that time, both parties can decide on child status for remaining at 3-4-5 Academy or not.
Orientation Process 
Parents interested in enrolling their child(ren) at 3-4-5 Academy will need to complete the following steps:
Schedule appointment time, for parent and child to tour facility, and ask questions
● to allow parent and child to visit with the teacher..
● to fill out required forms in the Enrollment Packet.
Once all forms in the admission packet are completed and returned along with a $187.50 deposit (that will be returned at the end of the year or used for the tuition for the last five days), your child will be enrolled into our program.

All forms will need to be completed, prior to your child being accepted at 3-4-5 Academy.

Enrollment Packet 
The 3-4-5 Academy Calendar will follow the local school calendar of Southwest R-V School (3-4-5 Academy will be open for summer school the same days as Southwest R-V School.) The days and length of the day will also be determined by the Southwest R-V School Calendar so watch for early outs, days out of school, inclement weather & make-up days, breaks, amended calendar, etc.

● Gifted and Talented Degree from Drury University
● Gifted and Talented Endorsement from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
● Birth to 3rd Grade (including Pre-Kindergarten) Certification from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
● 30 years in Public Education
● Mrs. Hester is recognized for meeting the requirement for Missouri Highly Qualified Teacher from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
● Mrs. Hester has been recognized by the local Board of Education as an Outstanding District Teacher
Curriculum Director And Lead Teacher 
(Tuition for 3-4-5 Academy is set below the amount a school is given, by the state of Missouri, for each child ($6,300) per year. 3-4-5 Academy tuition for the year is $6037.50. There are 161 school days (5 to 7.5 hours long), which results in $37.50 per day
Tuitions Rates 
3-4-5 Academy requires that every child enrolled at our center, be current will all immunizations. Parents or guardians are responsible for following up with the child’s physician and getting future immunizations done in a timely manner. Failure to keep your child in compliance with the immunization guidelines, will subject them from attending our facilities, until their immunizations are current.
(In accordance with Section 210.003.7, RSMo., the parent or guardian of a child enrolled in or attending 3-4-5 Academy may request notice of whether there are any children enrolled at our facility with an immunization exemption on file. If you would like to request this information, please contact our office and the information will be provided to you. Please note, the name or names of individual children are confidential and will not be released. Our response will be limited to whether or not there are children enrolled at our facility with an immunization exemption on file.)
